Meet The Team
Sagacito® is an Enterprise SaaS start-up specializing in Big Data Analytics. Our founding members have combined their expertise in business, tech, sales and FMCG to develop Sagacito’s innovative sales software, transforming sales price and revenue management.
Our team brings a wealth of experience from enterprises such as Unilever, Walmart, GSK, IBM and Pepsico.
An IIT/K, IIMC alumnus, Ravi started his career with Unilever in India, and, went on to head Soaps marketing when he joined PepsiCo as its first employee in India. He launched Pepsi in India and went on to head the Pepsi beverage business in India, Africa and South East Asia. After 12 years at Pepsi Co, he joined India’s largest media company, and, was the Group CEO of the Times Group before retiring in 2015. Currently he Advises, consults and is on the Board of a few companies.
ARUNABH DAS SHARMA
CEO & MD
Arunabh has always been passionate about technology and was coding at age 14. He is an alum of IIM Calcutta and Stanford GSB. Arunabh has a passion for Economics and consumer behaviour. His career spans 25 years in industries like CPG, Media, Appliances and technology start ups. He has lived and worked in India,China and the USA. He has served on several boards of large corporations, industry associations and not for profits. An avid follower of sport, Arunabh loves reading fiction.
Co-founder & COO
Meeta heads business and operations and is also a co-founder of Sagacito. Meeta has 20 years’ of work experience across FMCG, Telecom, Media & Retail industries. After graduating in Economics, she completed her MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. A transformation specialist with key skills in the areas of strategy and change management, she has worked in organisations like GSK, Walmart and Bennett, Coleman and company. She is a nature lover, enjoys travelling, reading and watching movies.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Shekhar heads the Technology teams at Sagacito. He brings 25+ years of experience in Senior
technology Leadership positions, working with MNC, Silicon Valley start ups and Product Company. He is deeply passionate about applied analytics and machine learning and has led Robotic Automation based products
for customers and implementation in various industry verticals. He has lived and worked in USA, Middle East, Europe, Singapoore, Australia and India.
CO-FOUNDER & CLIENT PARTNER
After graduating from Delhi College of Engineering at the turn of 3rd millennium, Yogesh went on a world tour working with clients across industries and continents. Somewhere in middle, he took a break from work to pursue his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and gained rich experience of Strategy, Consulting and Technology. Yogesh loves sports and is accomplished at skiing, skating and most ball sports. He loves reading war history, geopolitics and related fiction apart from trying to binge on all movies with IMDB ratings 2.0 and above.
CO-FOUNDER & CLIENT PARTNER
Ankit is responsible for Client engagement & solution delivery and part of the core founding team at Sagacito. He has over 10 years of experience in areas of Business strategy, transformation and analytics with organizations like AT Kearney, Times Group, S&P etc. He brings with himself a strong passion for exploring algorithmic and data science driven solutions in the domain of Sales & Pricing management. Described as workaholic by friends & family, he is an avid test cricket fan and a movie buff.
Rohit graduated with an MBA from IIM Calcutta where he specialized in Strategy and Marketing. He has over 6 years of experience in Technology and Media space. Apart from listening to classic rock all day, Rohit loves to daydream, watch sports and read nonfiction.
